Abstract

In this article we will introduce a view of Antonio Rodríguez Huéscar’s philosophical work, interested in Campo de Montiel region and the character of La Mancha inhabitants, contextualizing his position as a Spanish philosopher and his intellectual interest in that region, in addition to the historical development both in the anthropology or study of metaphysics in a landscape and aesthetics theory through the philosophical analysis of painter Antonio López Torres’ work. These two perspectives are relevant about his role in the field of Hispanic philosophy and Campo de Montiel studies and the dialogue with some local authors to justify his own philosophical ideas.
